New Chinese mini PCs have been spotted like the Tianbo Cyber GOD88 mini PC, with an AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS processor. Scheduled for pre-order in China on February 5, the starting price is around $380. Iinternational models will be made available soon.
The GOD88 features RGB lighting within its casing and has "Cyberpunk" emblazoned on its top. Technically akin to its predecessor, it offers two SODIMM slots for dual-channel DDR5-5600 memory, an M.2 2280 slot for PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe storage, and an array of ports. These ports include a 40 Gbps USB4 port, HDMI, DisplayPort, and two Ethernet portsโone supporting 2.5 Gb speeds and the other maxing out at 1 Gb.
The notable upgrade in the GOD88 model is the Ryzen 7 8845HS processor, which closely matches the Ryzen 7 7840HS chip found in the GOD78. Both processors boast 8 Zen 4 CPU cores capable of reaching up to 5.1 GHz, feature AMD Radeon 780M integrated graphics, and offer a configurable TDP ranging from 35 to 54 watts.
