I think there is a dynamite combo for home labs - Nutanix Community Edition paired with a utility called Nutanix Move. In case you didn't know about Nutanix Move, it can be downloaded for Free and automates the process to migrate from VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, and other hypervisors over to Nutanix, including Community Edition.
